Pay bills online

Link all of your Regional District of Central Okanagan Accounts to your Online Profile. Apply for a new license, pay for your license and permit renewal, and pay for your utilities or miscellaneous bills online. For any changes to your account contact the following departments for assistance:

Start by linking your RDCO account to your online profile


You will need your Account Number and Access Code.

Your Account Number for Utility Billing, Alarm fees, Miscellaneous Billing, Business License, and Permanent Dog Licenses is printed right on your bill/statement/renewal forms.

For Alarm fees, the account would be the letter A followed by 5 numbers (e.g. A12345).
For Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Business Licenses, the account would be 3 letters and 3 numbers (e.g. AAA010).
For Utility Billing the account number is a little longer and would be 3 numbers, 4 letters, and 3 numbers again (e.g. 301 ABCD 001).
For Dog Licenses the account number is again a little different and would be 4 letters and 3 numbers (e.g. ABCD001).

Purchase a dog license for your new dog(s) and renew your current dog license(s). All dog licenses are permanent, however, annual validation is required by paying the renewal fee. Pay before February 28th every year to receive the discounted rate.

Login in with your username and password. If you have not previously registered, please create a new account. Click on the DOG LICENSE button and follow the prompts. You will need your account number and access code which is available on your renewal notice. If you do not have your renewal notice.

New Dog
If you are an existing owner with an Account Number and Access Code, you can add a new dog by following the prompts. Just choose the tab “Add New Dog” to apply and pay for a license. Once your application is approved, your new dog’s information will appear under “My Dogs”.

New Owner
If you are a new owner of a dog and are applying for a dog license for the first time:
Click on the 'Dog Licence' button and follow the onscreen prompts to apply and pay for your new license. When your application is approved, you will be provided a dog license package by mail which contains your new dog license tag, an Account Number and a My Dog Matters Card.

Please allow 10-15 business days for mailing.
In order to see any information under this feature, you will require your account number and access code which can be found on your utility bill. Once you have added your existing account, you will have access to see your account information, meter reads and transactions on your utility account. You will also be able to pay your utility bill online here.
If you have an invoice or a statement for billings like rental or map fees, etc, you can access your account information under this feature. You can also pay your invoices online here.
If you are starting a new business in the Regional District, you can apply for a business license online. If you have an existing business and would like to pay your license, you can pay online here. You can also view the transactions on your account. In order to have access to these features, you will be required to login with your account number and your access code which can be found on your invoices or license.
This feature is for lawyers or notaries to receive a certificate of outstanding utility billing charges on properties within the Regional District. An account number and access code is required in order to have access to this information. Before you can do any searches, you will need to add your Account to your Online Profile. Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Once you are on the "Online Services" page, please select the service you would like to pay. If you have not linked your RDCO account before, click Button: Link A New Account. You will need your Account Number and Access Code which can be found on your renewal notice, invoice or statement. Your linked account will display near the bottom of the page once you have successfully added it to your profile. Click the Pay Now Button in the Linked Accounts table.
  2. When you are at the service page, you will see an orange "Pay Online" button.
  3. Click on the "Pay Online" button to proceed with your payment. Fill in the amount you would like to pay and then click on the "Process Payment" button.
  4. On the next screen, complete the required fields and click the "Pay Now" button.
  5. Do NOT click the "Pay Now" button more than once and do NOT hit the "Back" button on your browser while the system is processing your payment or after your transaction is complete as this could result in duplicate charges to your credit card.
  6. Review the Confirmation Page to ensure the payment has been accepted and Print this page as this is your receipt for your records.
We accept all major credit card payments such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
It can take 1-4 business days for the payment to be processed on your credit card. Your credit card statement will show the following description for the payment: REGNL DIST.CNTRL OKANAGANKELOWNA BC On our systems the payment will be showing immediately after you submit it. There is no delay.
